Bulu or Gunung Libukang may be more accurately named “Bulu Mopeaanooleo”, and Libukang may refer to a much lower peak in the same range. There is at least one report of a local University hiking club (Mahacala Unhalu) having reached the top of Bulu Mopeaanooleo, probably in 2023. Also possibly Mahacala UHO. One comment on this site suggests an elevation of 2265m but there is not enough evidence available at present to bump it up from 2242m. This mountain probably takes many days to reach the top of. About 3 kilometres south is Bulu Porema which is lower at around 2140m.
