Khao Men is known locally for its dramatic, steep appearance and appears to be hiked by locals, probably from the south. Views at the top look impressive and there appears to be a camping area, though exactly where is not clear.

Trailhead is at 499 hill which is about a 30 minute drive from Thung Song town.
Search “เนิน ๔๙๙ (499 Hill)” on google maps.
4 wheel drive vehicle is needed to reach the trailhead as you have to go up a very steep road. This is normally arranged through the national park. Alternatively, you can park further down the road and walk up.
Khao Men is very popular with hikers, on weekends you can meet many people. It is easily completed in one day but some groups opt to camp near the summit to see sunset and sunrise the following day.
