  1. On 27th Oktober 2013, Kandela Expedition team reach the peak, after climb the east side for 5 days,start from Linte Tua backwoods, Paranonge Village, in Ulu Bongka district, Region Tojo Una-una, at Central Sulawesi. it took 6 hours from Palu by bus.
    The team is consist of 7 men, they all member of adventure student organization “Lalimpala” from Tadulako University.

    kandela name? we never heard the name. good of the community around the mountain katopasa or other news which called if the mountain was named kandela katopasa …. and frankly the name of the new kandela now I hear !!!!! but there is a small town in the southern part called Kolonedale. only that which is similar to that located around the mountain kandela katopasa.

    and during my active on campus (1996-2003) I only had time to open the path and climb the mountain in several Central Sulawesi, among others, Mt. sidole, bulunti (district biromaru torch), Nokilalaki (Lore Lindu National Park), Gawalise (near hammer), katopasa (Kab. Tojo Una-Una), tokala (Morowali nature reserve), Tompotika (Luwuk district) and there are still some again …!!!!
